Datarize, an AI-powered CRM marketing platform, participated as an exhibitor at NRF Retail’s Big Show 2026, held from January 11 to 13 in New York City, where the company engaged in in-depth conversations with global eCommerce and retail leaders on CRM and marketing operations.

NRF Retail’s Big Show is the retail industry’s largest global event, attracting over 40,000 retail and eCommerce professionals annually to discuss trends across technology, marketing, and operations.

Throughout the event, more than 200 global eCommerce and retail professionals visited the Datarize booth. Beyond product introductions, discussions focused on real-world challenges in CRM marketing operations and how AI is being applied in practice. Common themes included increasing operational complexity, rising costs, and the growing difficulty of making clear decisions despite having access to more customer data than ever before.

In this context, many brand leaders shared that they no longer view AI through the lens of new features or technology demonstrations. Instead, AI is increasingly seen as a way to simplify marketing decision-making and execution, with particular importance for small and mid-sized teams seeking to reduce operational burden and operate more efficiently.

Prior to the main event, Datarize was also recognized as a finalist in the “Best AI-Driven Marketing Solution” category at the NRF-hosted Vendors In Partnership (VIP) Awards. As a finalist, the company was officially invited to attend the VIP Awards ceremony held in New York on January 9, one day ahead of the Retail’s Big Show.
